|M. Lee McAllister
Lee is Chairman of Franklin Street Partners. He is also the President and CEO of Weaver Investment Company and several related operating companies located in Greensboro, NC. He serves on a number of corporate boards including AAA of the Carolinas and Biscuitville Inc. His community activities include Cone Health System board of directors, past member of the UNCG Board of Trustees, past board member of the Piedmont Triad Airport Authority and past Chair of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Elon University Investment Committee, the Weaver Foundation Investment Committee, and the Cone Health Investment committee. Lee is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
|Robert C. Eubanks, Jr.
Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Franklin Street Partners. Previously, Bob was Co-Founder and President of McMillion Eubanks Capital Management in Greensboro. He has more than 40 years of experience as an investment professional. Bob’s community activities include serving as the former Chairman of the Educational Foundation Investment Trust and as a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Investment Committee. He also serves on the Board of The Hamner Institutes for Health Sciences. He was elected twice to serve as Chairman of the UNC Board of Trustees and has also served as Chairman of the UNC Endowment Fund, President of UNC Alumni Association, President of the Educational Foundation and Vice-Chair for the All Kinds of Minds Foundation. Bob is an alumnus of UNC-Chapel Hill.
|Lucy Hancock Bode
Lucy is currently President of Bode Farm Company, LLC and a health care consultant for Health Systems Management, Inc. She is on the Board of Directors of RBC Funds, Inc. and Dix Visionaries, and has served as Chairman of the North Carolina Medical Care Commission since 1993. She was also Deputy Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Human Services, founding member and Vice-Chairman of the UNC Lineberger Cancer Center, Member of the Raleigh Durham Airport Authority and Chairman of the North Carolina Day Care Commission. Lucy graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a B.S. in political science and received her Master of Public Administration degree from N.C. State University. She is also a graduate of the Government Executive Institute at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Business.
|Thomas F. Kearns, Jr.
Tom was a Partner with Bear Stearns & Company for 18 years, before which he worked with Merrill Lynch in Greensboro, N.C. He served as a Trustee of the University of North Carolina Foundation and Endowment Fund for 16 years, and as a Director of Biomet Inc. for 25 years. He is currently a Director for Fibrogen, Inc., a private biotech company located in San Francisco, and the Chairman of the National Advisory Board of Carolina Performing Arts at the University of North Carolina. Tom is an alumnus of UNC Chapel Hill and was a member of the 1957 National Championship basketball team.

Bill retired from his position as Vice Chairman of the Board of BellSouth Corporation following a 35-year career in the telecommunications industry. He has served as the Vice President of Finance for the University of North Carolina General Administration, as well as interim chancellor of the University of North Carolina. He has also served as a member of the board of directors of Duke Realty Corporation, Fidelity Investments, Liberty Corporation, North Carolina Capital Management Trust, Progress Energy Corporation, and First American Corporation. He has also served on the boards of the University of North Carolina Health Care System, Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise and Research Triangle Foundation.
|William M. Moore, Jr.
Bill founded Trident Financial Corporation, a specialty investment bank, in 1975 and served as its CEO until TFC was acquired by Keycorp in 1999. He is a Professor of the Practice of Finance at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses in investment banking and investment management. Bill is Chairman of the private equity firm Lookout Capital, LLC, Chairman of RTI International and a director of Vietri, Inc. He serves on the Investment Committees of the Weaver Foundation and the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation.
|W. Robert Newell
Bob is Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Street Partners. In addition, he leads the marketing and business development efforts for the firm. He retired as President of Wachovia Trust Company in January 2009, after 27 years with Wachovia Bank. Bob is past chairman of the Board for IFB Solutions and serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina. Bob is also on the Board of Directors for the NC State Investment Fund, Inc. Bob received his B.A. in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
|Sherwood H. Smith, Jr.
Sherwood is Chairman Emeritus of Carolina Power and Light Company and served as CEO for the company for 17 years. He previously served as Chairman of the University of North Carolina’s Board of Visitors. He has served on a number of corporate boards, including those of Wachovia Corporation, Nortel Networks, Springs Industries and Northwestern Mutual Life. He currently serves as Chairman of the Triangle Universities Center for Advanced Studies, Inc., and as Vice Chairman of the Research Triangle Foundation. Also, he is Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Center for Creative Leadership.
|M. Rex Teaney II
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Rex was a Senior Vice President – Group Executive with Wachovia Corporation in Winston-Salem. He has over 35 years of experience as a fixed income specialist. Rex is a former member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board in Washington, D.C., and a former Director of the Public Securities Association in New York. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia.
|William (Bill) B. Thompson
Bill is President of the Firm and Chairman of the Investment Committee that is responsible for the firm’s view on client asset allocation and portfolio investment strategy. Prior to joining Franklin Street in 1995, he was President and Co-Founder of Peacock-Thompson Investment Management and formerly an executive with Carolina Securities Corporation. He received an MBA degree from The Darden School at the University of Virginia in 1982 and a BS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1978. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of ACM Financial Trust, Inc., the North Carolina Veterinary Foundation, Inc. and the North Carolina Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association. Bill is responsible for the management of the firm’s fixed income strategies.
